Pcounter WebPay consist of three separate interfaces:
- Student/Library user interface - A student can go to the schools print payment site anytime to reload their print/copy account in minutes.
- Cashier - Includes Pcounter Web Cashier allowing administrative employees to do daily credit/debit user account operations without administrative rights, in a simple and controlled interface. All transactions in Cashier are tracked and logged in the PWP Admin for the full audit trail.
- Administrator - Total control over deposits and withdrawals, with extensive logging and tracking in the included PWP Administrative interface, allowing for a detailed audit trail, overall financial statistics down to individual user activity reports.
